Paradigm Contract Manufacturing Group
This letter was written to introduce you and your organization to Paradigm Contract Manufacturing Group, located in Garden Grove, California. We are an electronics contract manufacturer specializing in prototype-to-medium volume surface-mount assembly, cable assembly and related box-build production. We are also capable of performing activities outside of our core competency to assist customers, who wish to stay inside their core competency.
We can assist in your design efforts to increase reliability and producibility by performing a Design for Manufacturing and Test review. We have also coordinated the efforts with local design facilities to provide layouts for your assembly.
Our facility has been setup with equipment and capabilities, which can provide quick-turns (24-48 hours, depending on complexity and quantity) on consignment orders. We can also turnkey your orders, as well as setup kanban(s), which can stock your finished-goods for just-in-time deliveries within 24 hours. This will decrease your outlay of cash as well as increase your inventory turns.
Our company policies and statements have been created to ensure our ethics and procedures place customer approval as our top priority.
We have aligned our business practices to:
Coordinate our Quality-Environmental Manual and procedures to follow ISO-9000:2000 and ISO:14001-2004 criteria.
Expand our quality objectives by following the goals of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award criteria. http://www.quality.nist.gov/
Decrease non-value added activities by following the goals of The Shingo Prize criteria.
Improve workmanship by incorporating ANSI/J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 documents to maintain consistent quality within the facility. Class 2 and Class 3 criteria are used for industrial and military inspections.
Increase documentation accuracy by incorporating the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) controlled paperless factory created by Aegis Industrial Software. The software only releases documentation after email acceptance by related department(s), which can include our customers (if desired).bVisual aids are also generated with this software.
Strengthen our visual factory and industry benchmarking capabilities by continually making adjustments to improve our floor layout and reviewing other industries to identify improved statistics in which to perform our duties to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
Thank you for reading this introduction. Please give me a call, if we can be of any assistance to your organization.
